A Place to Belong
Creating safe spaces for meaningful community.
In your daily life, do you notice the teenagers who are wandering aimlessly, hanging out in stores, skate parks, parking lots, and on the sidewalk? Students are looking for places to belong, and our new youth centers provide a fun, safe space for students to be seen, heard, and loved.
These YFC owned and operated buildings are open throughout the week to meet practical needs by providing meals, homework assistance, and mentorship opportunities. It is also in these spaces where our Parent Life program and Campus Life clubs meet to share the hope found in Jesus Christ.
While in the building students are engaged in Christ-sharing relationships with adults. This happens organically while playing a game of ping pong, foosball, or sharing a meal together. It is in these spaces where many meaningful one-on-one conversations occur.
