Conference Details:

The Conference Center provides bedding and meals.  For those with specific dietary restrictions, please complete this form by 11/6/24.

​

The conference will be at the Canon Beach Conference Center Pacific View Lodge (100 E 3rd St, Cannon Beach, OR 97110).  Check in for the conference here.  There is parking in front of the lodge as well as additional parking across the street at the main conference center parking lot.

Conference Price Includes

  • 2 Nights Lodging

  • Four Meals - Dinner Friday, Breakfast and Dinner on Saturday (Lunch on your own), Breakfast on Sunday.

 

Room Types

Small Basic rooms (bunk house rooms) have twin bunk beds and sleep up to 8 people (every person gets their own bed).  They have a small bathroom.  There is typically no desk, and for our retreat, they will typically be across the street in the Anchor building (about a 5 minute walk away from the Conference Room)

 

Larger Deluxe Rooms typically have a desk, microwave and small refrigerator.  They typically have 1-2 full beds along with 1-2 bunk beds.  They are conveniently located in the Pacific View Building, the same building that our meals and conference gatherings will be hosted in.

 

Rooms availability will be given order of bookings.  There are a limited number of room types.  Select your desired accommodations.  Based on survey feedback, we expect to be able to meet the amount of rooms needed, but may run out of room type desired.  We will reach out to you if a change is needed.   Book right away for best availability.
